Unprofessional insulting deliberate at what they set up for you to fail and to brake your spirit anyway they can by calling you names and PARANOID about being followed and being ANTAGONIZED by SOME of there OFF UNTRUSTWORTHY STAFF. DON'T TRUST THEM. INVESTIGATION IS NEEDED AS I PRAY EVERYDAY THEY REAP FROM GOD FOR VERBAL ABUSE I TOLERATED JUST TO GET A PLACE TO STAY PLACE TO LIVE IN C ILLINOIS.

They help me with so much. From just needing someone to talk to, getting food for my household, and now they are helping to get me new doctors and I've asked for help budgeting my income an bills

This place did nothing for me. They said 8 weeks, May to October is not 8 weeks. They hardly ever call. When they did it was a major waist of time! Thanks for nothing!

They won't help unless you are Hispanic or Black.

I've literally sat in the front office and overheard certain staff talking down on the homeless.Ive witnessed certain staff treat the disabled like trash.You should also know that they will help out enough ppl to keep the funding coming in and the face on the company. I've been in their program for almost 9months now and if you have read 1 good review about them then I say don't trust it but see for yourself.The criteria and requirements to get approved for anyone of their programs is overbearingly complex for the slightly above average person let alone those not .

This place only helps people they want stop making people rich of homelessness I just needed help getting ID so I can work every buddy was really rood to me I got hung up on so that is what they do with your money u donated but they won't help me and I'm homeless please stop helping places like this they don't do what they say
