Nice , very clean and organised. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of fascinating books to read. Access to laptops for working and iPads for playing on.
We attend fortnightly with up to 5 children. Lovely modern space and never had a bad experience with staff- always friendly and accommodating with children, and often put on craft activities for them to do. Nothing but praise for entire staff team. Many thanks for your wonderful service.
Child not friendly staff two ladies . I am very disappointed with this two ladies who are working in the library, and there were very child not friendly today. I was there last week and I have all the praise for the two men who work there, but these two ladies were very uncomfortable and hostile. The library is for all ages, and especially for children who need to learn to love books and learn from an early age. If someone is studying in a library and they need peace and quiet, then there should be a separate room for them, if the plan is open then it is a library for everyone. If the mother asks for paper and pencils for the children to draw, you can't tell them to clean up after themselves, because the cleaner is upset if she needs to clean something, so she is paid to clean, and we all pay council tax for her and your salaries. I think that if these two ladies don't like their job and if they force children out of the library, then they have no place to do a job that they obviously don't like and that they are not for it.
What a lovely, smart library with computers and friendly staff. Went in to use the job club that runs on a Monday and was really impressed with the help I got and knowledge of the staff. I would highly recommend the experience and facilities, give it a try, also has air conditioning
It was a very straightforward process to get my library card reactivated along with my new address. I was really impressed by the effeciency but the friendliness too. A wide selection of books too. Such a good local resource.

Easy to get there by bus or car. Friendly staff. Community garden and meeting rooms as well as all the normal library stuff. Perhaps should be called a local library and resource centre. Love going there
Love taking the childrwn to the library we go for the events that are on and to get books out. Staff arw always friendly and helpful always go above and beyond
