Snapes were wonderful from start to finish. Obviously they successfully sold my home and for a good price but much more importantly than that they were really sensitive to the fact this was under difficult circumstances and were supportive and patient at every step… no hard sell, excellent communication and true kindness when I got overwhelmed! Estate agents with a heart was just what I needed and I am truly grateful for their support. Thanks Sarah and all at Snapes
Sarah at Snapes was fantastic and fully supported us through the purchase process. She went over and above in helping us with the purchase of our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. And the moving box we received was a lovely little touch of excellent service.
My wife and I have recently bought a lovely home with Snapes and they have been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. Our allocated agent, Sarah, was extremely prompt in responding to all queries via email or phone and gave us regular updates. Even when a part of our plan changed ,Sarah was extremely accommodating and supported us to the very end. .Could not recommend an estate agent more! Many thanks to Sarah and snapes agent .
We were very impressed with Snapes during the whole process of buying our new house. They helped us more than any of the solicitors or othe agents involved. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. Sophie in particular went the extra mile to make things easier for us and the process less stressful.I can not recommend Shapes highly enough.
Purchased a house advertised with Snapes and Sarah helped us through the whole process arranging things with our vendor, answering all our questions and if she didn’t know she’d find out and get back to us. Really happy with everyone that helped us in the Bramhall office they couldn’t do enough for us every time I called up.
