Horrible experience despite never missing a payment and always remaining polite and courteous to them. A particular staff member there is by far the most obnoxious sociopath I've ever come across. Even the maintenance man said he tries to avoid visiting the branch so that he doesn't have to speak to her. She accused me of making excuses not to move into the flat before we even got the keys. She was always rude to us for no reason and accused us of being secretive about wanting to leave after the six month contract was at an end, even though we still had weeks to give our notice. They didn't fix the letter box that people could easily take out of on the street. They didn't want to fix the shower door that was heavy and off its hinges. They didn't want to fix the fridge door that had the main tray constantly coming off, because it was glued on. They allowed other residents of the apartment block to leave unwanted furniture crammed at the bottom of the stairs. The windows needed replacing because they were stained and let a lot of draft into the flat. The boiler kept breaking down, and we had no emergency repairs available, so there were days without heating at times. Horrible experience and we are glad to be clear of this rogue letting agency.

I have always found the staff at Spencer Harvey very helpful and very knowledgeable, they have help me with any queries that I had. I would also recommend following them on Facebook as they do very good competitions!

I have been dealing with Spencer Harvey for a few years now, the staff are extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and always on hand to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Stockport area.
