Following talks with four estate agents that cover the Davenport area, PAD4U clearly stood out as the best option because of their professional approach to marketing, including the use of customer segmentation, high quality photography and social media. They didn't disappoint. We had 11 viewings within the first week and were able to take the house off the market before the end of the second week. The sale of the house went through first time without any problems. They made it look incredibly easy and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience of selling our home with Pad4u. The brochure created for our property was fantastic, we were on right move quickly and once we went live we had several viewings straight away. We had 4 offers in the first weekend which pad4u helped us negotiate the best purchasers. It helps to have a great house!...(we are obviously Biased)
We would definitely recommend Pad4U to prospective sellers.

I have nothing but praise for Tom Kimber at PAD4U.  Right from the very first meeting he has been polite, friendly and professional. The flat I rented was perfect for my needs and any issues were promptly dealt with.  I would have no hesitation in recommending these agents to anyone looking to rent.  Thanks for a great service Tom. (still awaiting the bananas for my fruit bowl!!!)

Having recently sold 2 properties at the same time with PAD 4 U, I have nothing but positive feedback about this agent. Throughout both sales they kept us informed with regular phones calls and emails. They always did everything they could to make things run as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Having considered other agents to go with in the area I am so glad I made the decision to go with PAD 4 U. In comparison to other agents, their fees are much more reasonable and the service is second to none. They do not display the typical pushy sale driven characteristics of most agents but still deliver. Never once did I feel they were only interested in meeting targets, or that they were pushy in any way. I can honestly say this agent truly had our best interests at heart and were so helpful, down to earth and friendly.

Tom Kimber dealt with both my sales and I cannot praise him enough for is approach dedication and continued hard work. He is such a friendly knowledgeable, reliable person and I feel so fortunate to have come across him. If Tom says he will ring you, he never fails to deliver on his promises. He is always more than willing to contact solicitors, potential buyers or anyone else involved in your sale and I could always trust that anything he said would be done so in a factual and professional way (unlike some horror stories you hear about agents lying to clients etc) Tom is so knowledgeable and always on hand to offer advice and suggestions. 
Given that my particular sale was possibly one of the most complicated, with several hic ups this did not hinder the service I received from Tom. Every obstacle which was thrown into the equation was tackled head on and resolved as quickly and professionally as possible.

If you are looking for a hassle free agent who are lovely to talk to, down to earth and professional you cant go wrong with them and if you get Tom K on board your on to a winner!!!

I would gladly say that PAD 4 you are the best agents in Stockport, without a doubt!

PAD4U found tenants for my two empty shop premises very quickly and without any fuss. Previously they had been vacant for a number of months with another letting agency. The tenants they found have proved to be excellent. I found Tom Kimber to be vey approachable and diligent. 

I was so impressed with how they found the tenant so quickly that I decided to place the business of managing the two shop units in their hands. Tom has been extremely helpful in dealing with one or two issue which have cropped up since then  and has established a very good working relationship with the tenants which has taken much of the burden from me. I am pleased that we have them as our managing agents.
