At last, something on which we can all agree - this shop is brilliant in every way! At a time when so much of what used to be good in this world has gone to the dogs, Snape & Sons shines out like a beacon. They have an amazing stock of useful items at highly competitive prices, and all the staff are so helpful and considerate. Definitely one of the best things about living in Cheadle Hulme!

A treasure trove of things practical and useful. Not many shops like this around. Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly staff and owners. Not sure of the layout of large newly built extension

Pleasant staff that go out of there way to help, has a extensive range of stock, i mean where else can you find oil lamp wicks nower day's, b&q lol not a chance.

Despite stores like this one dying out, this one is going stronger than ever.  Why?  Customer service.  The store is packed with EVERYTHING you need around the house plus a large amount of things you never knew existed that solve lots of problems.  Coupled with friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good car park out the back as well as great pricing I can't recommend this store highly enough....in fact I'm off there in a minute for a couple of bits that the big stores only sell in massive blister packs!
