Just had a fantastic new kitchen installed by Mathew and the team at Factory Kitchens Cheadle. The experience from start to finish was made easy, by the great help and advice given by Diane in choosing the right colours and design, which were then excellently executed by Mathew and his team. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
Initial sales interaction was Ok, everything went downhill once order was placed. Kitchen turned up with bits missing, had to constantly chase for missing bits. Had to drive to their showroom twice to pick missing bits as they couldn't be bothered to deliver once they got the money. Rang their office for missing door handles, they told me they had them but somehow gave them to a different customer. Chased them again few days later and Mark told me in a very condescending manner that delays are attributed to Global Supply Chain Breakdown and that I shouldn't complain... Comical. One of the side panels was missing from original delivery, when I reported it Mark replied saying my fitter must have made a mistake and refused to supply the missing item. My fitter has been fitting kitchens for over 25 years and probably have more knowledge and experience about kitchens than most tradesman out there. Factory kitchen made me pay for the side panel that they never delivered, goes to show the lack of their customer service. Best bit about the kitchen is Quartz worktop which they sub-contract to another company. Verdict: I wouldn't recommend or use them every again. It doesn't cost anything to treat people right and to have the common decency to delivery what is promised in a timely manner.
Friendly, reliable and hassle free experience. Great designs provided my Diane which were excellently executed by Matt and his team. Diane went above and beyond to help us out with an issue we had with an appliance. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
Love the kitchen! The whole experience form Diane doing the design to Nick fitting the units and simple granite fitting the work tops was hassle free. Would recommend them to any one who wants quality, skill and expertise Roy
Great design and attention to detail from Dianne, she came up with some great ideas which work fantastically well in our new kitchen. Great fitting by Nick with excellent attention to detail. Very pleased with the quality.

Terrible service. Don’t bother wasting your time here. Booked an appointment and was expecting to be shown samples/ideas instead the woman had a terrible ‘can’t be asked’ attitude/lack of interest. Only come here for a quote if you know exactly what you want but don’t expect any sort of service from them. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Stay clear.
