Nipped in wed or Thurs last week spoke too Jordan about one week's free trail he said yr welcome too use or facilities . I explained I'm staying at a friend's for two half wks I'm not from Newport explained I'm from Blackburn Lancashire saw freindly welcoming and has said I'm able too use gym for two weeks . I've explained I'm a very unwell person he said if you wish too come in and use  push bag ect feel free . Looking forward too meeting Ian . Cant thank you enough .

Fantastic equipment, great classes, super helpful staff. Help me enjoy training again after a lengthy lay off from injury!
