Having tried a few different gyms over the years this is by far the best I’ve ever used and certainly the only one I’ve stuck to, and that is down to the 3 coaches who are amazing!! They support and push you to reach your goals, but more importantly they always make the workouts & classes fun which makes me want to go back. The added bonus is it’s all ladies who are a fab bunch too

I joined curves November 2021 to help tone up & get fit, I absolutley love the support & encouragement I've got along the way, not only from the coaches but from all my gym family too, if your thinking of joining  a ladies only gym that actually  works, & only takes 30 mins of your time, this is the place for you, the personal instructors  are amazing and on hand every step of the way, with monthly weighs & measuring, I also love the extra classes that you can do & the choices of music that make you want to shake what your mamma gave you!! It's fab, fun, & fitness at its best  100% pop in to see what your missing, you won't ever look back.

An excellent gym with very experienced and supportive trainers. Whatever your level of fitness the programme is completely tailored to your individual needs, aspirations and ambitions. Central of course is the excellent support of Laura the team and the acceptance and friendship of all who belong. Curvettes for ever.

I’ve been a member of curves for nearly 4 years and I’m so glad I joined. I’ve made lovely friends, enjoy working out and look forward to the classes. The girls work so hard motivating everyone from the time they open till the time they go home. Without Laura, Sami & Holly curves Newport east wouldn’t be the same! Xx

Recently re-joined after many years away and have been made to feel welcome in a friendly and supportive environment.  Added bonus of a coach always near by to push you to your potential.

Fantastic gym the coaches are great so motivational and they make even the hardest workouts fun

I love curves everything about it is wonderful to keep fit meet wonderful people and such wonderful coaches so come on ladies come and join us really friendly ladies and get fit
