Love this soft play, it’s clean, the food is good, my kids loved the role play village. On my first visit there, unfortunately I got stressed with the whole parking situation. I ended up parking at the Lidl up the road which is only for 1 hour and a half. That’s why I’ve given it 4 stars! Overall, we will be back again, but I would make sure to go early for parking.

Booked today for my 2 years old daughter to play. When we went to the 0-5 years area we’ve noticed that probably 7/8 years old were playing there with not even parents looking at them There’s another are dedicated for children of their age I came down to reception to ask for someone from the staff to “check” and keep and eye on as kids of that age play in a way that could be a risk for a 0-5 years old child and the answer was “it’s only 4 of us staff at the moment as it’s to early, at 12 there will be more staff and I’ll send someone to check on this” At 12:45 there was still no sign of staff controlling the area or even keeping an eye on it, and I came back to reception to ask again as there were even more kids in that group and they were now playing football where even babies were trying to play, and again no parents telling them not to be there. This time a member of the staff came around and started asking the kids to tell her their age, yes, the kids! Of course she left the 0-5 area and these children were still playing there and running around the babies trying to play. We left the place to never come back again. There’s a massive lack of responsibility from the staff and there seems to be all young people and no responsable at all. Completely unacceptable for a children soft play venue.

Great but bring lots of hand sanitizer. Don't get me wrong, my kids love it and have a great time. But as a parent you look at the details such as cleanliness and general upkeep of the place. The toddler role play area was unfortunately really dirty and grubby. For the price you pay, you expect higher standards. Surfaces were covered with dust and the toys were old, worn, paint scratching off. Kitchen role play area but no play food, cups plates etc. Everything sticky. This was first thing in the morning 9.30 so you'd think it would at least have had a wipe over. Given the amount of staff standing around at the front, you'd think someone could be allocated to wipe the surfaces over and make things look clean. This is for the youngest of babies and toddlers.
