Awful place to work for, very soul draining and demoralising, especially when you have to work alone for hours.  The clientele of this place is commoners who have nothing better to do than to waste their lives away in places like this. Giving money to charity is better than giving it to this kind of establishment, may as well throw money down the drain.  Just noticed that they are opened 24 hours on Friday & Saturday, so if any homeless people about, maybe pop in for some warmth.
