got puncture repaired by them a couple of weeks ago and they put in new tube  , put bike in shed and hasn't been out since , clearing shed and went to move bike and wheel flat took it back to halford ballymena to get it done properly , went to bike department and guy called mark walked past me , he then went to till area and i thought he was with another customer so i waited , 15 min later i went down to till and him an another member of staff was standing talking to someone ,stood there for another 5 min and got ignored by mark the other guy was the one to ask if i was ok not halfords staff ,ithen explained that the wheel was not checked when the tube was put in the last time  and it has went down as the bike has not been used , and could he sort it out , he said no problem that would cost £13 to do so i said that it wasn't fixed right the last time  , i was told "its not my problem "and it  would be £13    SO HELPFULL HAFORDS NOT

I went in one day last week to tentatively ask for help about wipers for my car.  As a woman, I don't have much of a clue about car things & I admitted this to the Halfords employee (who's name badge read 'Anthony')  Anthony couldn't have been more helpful, he was quick, efficient, informative & changed the wiper blades for me without fuss or complaint. I found Anthony to be very personable, it was a pleasure to meet him & whenever I need something else from Halfords, I hope he will be available to help me!
