Done with this place. This is the type of company that will never own up to having a faulty product. The answer they give is (Well no one else has complained). So does that mean you are the only company ever to have never had a fault? Sure.. It was a real pain to get a refund on my vaporiser I purchased. Even got to the point a member of staff told me to shop elsewhere. That changed when I brought it in and it was leaking everywhere. I got my replacement and it’s been pretty reliable. But ever since then the woman who works here doesn’t look at me when I speak to her. When I say goodbye she flatout ignores me. I went in today at a last resort to try and continue purchasing from them. But no.. same treatment. I am not worth eye contact or manners apparently. She needs some training in basic customer service. Being treated like that does nothing for people with anxiety issues so I went down the road and purchased my coils and liquids in a different store. I am glad I did because it was not only friendly but much better value for money. Good luck with your “customer Is never right” attitude. Treat people with respect and you might not lose customers. Judging from other negative reviews it does prove my point that I am not alone in this.

I have been a customer at the smoke and air store since it opened. The staff have always been helpful and are knowledgeable about all aspects of vaping. The stock they sell is excellent quality although I have sometimes been disappointed with the tanks.

Superb service and very friendly staff ! and thru my experience nothing seems to be too much trouble ! When it comes to helpful advise on liquids to the full set up and purchase of new equipment !

visited the shop for the first time the other day and would like to say the staff are very friendly and welling to help but when it comes to knowledge of the products they are selling it is not great as they don't know what half of what they are selling can do as i was looking for a new vape machine and i was very disappointed in the knowledge the staff had it got to the point where i did not buy and went to another retailer also not all staff have a knowledge on battery safety so you would not know what you battery can handle and that's not very inspiring but i can only hope in the future the staff get the training they need
