Always quick at locating my order, tills and catalogue stations are always clean and tidy. Staff mostly smiley and helpful.
Speedy service, easy to locate, and seemed to be clean and presentable. Only down side 4 members of staff just stood chatting and leaning on the walls and talking about a night out they where planning.
NEVER buy any white goods from them i brought a cooker from them it lasted 4 days.
If you go late in the day it's so nice and quiet and their is still plenty of stock on the shelves

I normally have no issues with Argos but with this one in particular, I was promised a home delivery after paying in store. It was only after calling Argos to check if the delivery was coming that I was told that the home depot hadn't received the order. The store hadn't sent the order off!!! This was my first delivery purchase from Argos, probably the last. So if I hadn't phoned, I'd have been waiting all day at home for a non existent delivery. Very disappointing, I received my refund in store which again was a long winded process, not worth the hassle, there wasn't exactly an apology only an acknowledgement that I would be refunded.
Hi I brought a phone from Argos store with home delivery and they say I will receive my item tomorrow but my item didn't arrive and I call them to se what happened and the excuse from them is the item was not in stock and I need to wait another 2 weeks for it. And in store they did tell me the phone is in stock with the recipe informed and text message your item is on its way on next day. I am very disappointed
Helpful staff, quick and easy pick up of items. A much more modern and improved version of the one in the high street. Would recommend to anyone ordering or collecting goods from Argos or just looking for something in general, Argos is always a go to.
Still waiting for delivery at 9pm and no call to say on way as email said! Called store to be told will deliver upto possibly 9.30pm? It's now 10pm and no delivery, very disappointed and no idea when delivery will be made now. Would not home delivery again, communication very poor.
