A big thank you to Daniel at Halfords Sittingbourne for his “no quibbles” approach to not just replacing a faulty dash cam screen mount but for proposing and supplying a self adhesive screen mount for both mine and my Wife’s dash cam. That’s the second time you’ve sorted a problem for us since December. Thanks again.

I've shopped here, mainly for cycles and parts for the same, a few times now I've recently purchased a Boardman, earlier this year an Apollo (for my daughter) and last year a Carrera MTB and another Apollo (for my wife) along with various purchases of pumps, inner tubes, saddle bags, locks and such Only a few of these times I've had to wait for more than five minutes. On other occasions I've found technical knowledge a little lacking. BUT, and it's a big but too, on the whole the staff have been helpful, knowledge has been adequate and service friendly I wouldn't recommend the shop for specialist cycling products but everyday cycling needs it's a winner :-)

Helpfull staff only dowfall is the wait for service at the till even though i was the only one in the store

Waited 20 minutes to pick up a click and collect for them to go and pick it up off the shelf. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to pay for it! Couldn't pay at the click and collect because of the security tag. If it was busy it would be understandable. No staff and a few customers. Click and collect within the hour, then wait around another hour in store!
