Had a new washing machine currys installed for me  in  week later noticed  my kitchen floor lifting... pulled out washing machine and noticed that they gad not tightened  the hose so has been leaking and now damaged my flooring. Took photos but they are saying there is no proof it was them even though coming from washing machine they installed only week before and floor was perfect before.  Would never use again  they are most unhelpful in a most stressful time.

Came into the store to choose a dishwasher on Thursday. I was served by Ben.He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the whole process very easy...dealing with delivery date and installation etc. Well done Ben! You are an asset to Currys!!

Friendly helpful staff. Great range of TV's what I went in for. Very poor stock levels. Ended up going to Argos and took one home there and then.

Awful experience from Currys. Ordered a dishwasher for delivery and installation for 17th December. Driver turned up and refused to deliver because he couldn't park directly outside our house. Made no attempt to deliver the dishwasher and just assumed we'd be in the following Tuesday. Received a call Tuesday morning only to be told that a few drivers had called in sick so couldn't be delivered then either. Went into store where they said item will be delivered only if there's enough time. Appalling service all round and complete lack of customer service. Have ordered from AO instead and will never order from Currys again

Avoid. So unprofessional it’s unbelievable. My partner had been after a Fitbit Versa 3 in Blue. Found one at Sittingbourne branch. Took it home and it wasn’t new. A customer had obviously had the device previously and peeled the seal rather than breaking it to open. The watch had fingerprint marks all over it and four marks on the body itself.  I took it back to store for a refund today and the lady on the till has told me to wait 15 minutes as the person that issues the refunds is busy with another customer. So it’s Curry’s issue selling me a brand new item that has already been open or used and then I have to wait to be refunded until it is convenient for them? Ridiculous and so unprofessional. Should be ashamed…..I have typed this review while standing in line waiting for refund…….

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff.  Lots of choices, good prices are excellent returns policy.  I really like that you can touch the items and try them rather than just look online

Rude customer service!! unhelpful! looking to get an Xbox series X trying asking around seeing best deals out there.  all I got was "here to collect and order online" something eles even if your just looking around they just come to you and ask "if they can help you " can't look around in peace

Very helpful and polite staff.Ben had excellent knowledge and explained everything clearly on our purchases of a television and soundbar.

They have a lack of personal to work so the same staff serves at the cashpoints as well.You can stand for more than half an hour waiting when theh come or you could ask smn to come up but nobody cares

Grabbed a decent 50" TV in the sales, for my mum... Staff are on point, as always.. Recommended
