Really poor quality and service. 0 stars! If you buy your uniform elsewhere I would say do it. Bought a cardigan that came away at the seam of the sleeve within days or wearing and they would not exchange it.

I've been putting up with their services for all my school life and I'm officially done. They are impatient and lazy when it comes to getting different sizes. I made the decision to never go there again after the service I received this week. I wanted a school blazer, they had very few left and they were a tad too small so I asked when there will be another set coming. He said that there wasn't but he can order one for us that we won't have to pay in advance. They took my measurements and my dad said that they could go smaller but they insisted. So at the time it seemed like they were being helpful. As you can tell, I was wrong. They said it would be due in on Wednesday so they took my dads number and said they would ring him when it comes. No phone call so I go there and ask for it and they say that it's been delayed for Thursday and took my number to call me. No phone call. I go there and it's so huge. It's like something a bodybuilder would wear so I ask for a smaller size and I asked for a smaller size and he said no but thought about it and went to the back. I assumed he was checking but he came with something for someone else so I asked if I can place another order and he said no. I asked him 5 times and he kept saying go to the other shop. I couldn't be bothered and left. It's not my fault you keep getting my measurements wrong and wasting money.

Good range and low prices. Customer service not always top-notch but they have always been flexible and helpful with me.

good shop and nice staff. However the shop is not open when it says it will be and the voicemail is always full. I have had several wasted journeys.
