I recently finished my six-month smiles teeth straightening treatment, and I'm blown away with the results. Bradley has fixed my terrible bite and misaligned teeth, and I can't stop smiling! Dr A, Dawn, Louise and the whole team were so welcoming and professional even under the added burden of extra PPE and pandemic mitigation requirements, and I can't think of a single thing I'd recommend changing. During the months I was wearing the braces, the odd bracket became detached from a tooth due to accidentally eating fruit or other food that was harder than expected. I found Bradley and the team so accommodating and helpful in swiftly fitting me in for emergency appointments without further charges incurred. Brad uses the latest technology, and I found the laser scanning of my teeth quite remarkable for the accuracy of the braces treatment, creating a clear retainer and seeing an animation of the movement of my teeth into their new updated positions. It's pretty easy to forget where you started, and the animation makes it very obvious what has changed. I love it and will be showing it to everyone whether they ask to see it or not! I'm delighted with all the treatment I have received over the last couple of years. It's not easy to find such a great dental practice with warm, caring and friendly staff. I'm looking forward to further treatment as necessary and will recommend Smilecraft to my friends with 100% confidence.
Dr Bradley is the best dentist I've been to. He has supported me through my Six Months Smiles journey and I'm super pleased with the result. I'm usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr Bradley was open, honest, reassuring, and kept me in the loop with all stages of my treatment. I have been visiting Smilecraft for almost a year now and have had extensive work done with Bradley - including several fillings, root canal work and whitening procedures. Throughout all of this I have had the most friendly, helpful and professional service I have ever received from a dental practice - everyone I have encountered has been brilliant at every stage. On top of all this it has always been a pleasure to see Bradley - his calm, friendly manner makes a huge difference. He makes sure to explain everything, allows me to ask questions and checks I am happy with each stage of the work being done. I could not be happier with the service I have received and have already recommended Smilecraft to many of my friends and colleagues.
I had my teeth straightened with Brad and his team at Smilecraft last year and I'm so glad I chose Smilecraft. I have just completed Six Month Smile treatment with Smilecraft. I can’t recommend them enough and only wish I came here years ago to get my teeth straightened. I was nervous to begin with but treatment was nothing like I expected after years of uncomfortable child orthodontics. I was made to feel relaxed at every appointment and was impressed with the lengths the practice is going to to keep patients safe during the pandemic. It was the fantastic reviews of Bradley and his team that helped me make my decision to get Six Month Smiles here and I can honestly say the testimonials speak for themselves. I have been going to Bradley for a few years now, it can be expensive, however it is well worth the extra expense due to the quality treatment and service received, the practice has invested in very good equipment to treat patients. I really wish I had joined the practice as a patient years ago. Bradley is very professional, friendly and always puts you at ease. I just had my braces removed and wow what a difference, I never knew how good the outcome would be and despite the fact it took double the length of time due to Covid and the practice being closed due to lockdown, even then Bradley rang me a few times just to reassure me that everything was ok and treatment would restart as soon as possible when the practice reopened. I am so pleased with the outcome I wish I had asked him to "fix" them sooner, can't stop looking at how different my teeth look and getting so many positive comments . His team of staff are excellent especially the lovely Dawn and Louise who are always themselves professional, friendly and welcoming as are the other members of staff. If you want your teeth looked after by real professionals then go to the Smilecraft practice. Professional, friendly and excellent quality. Brilliant !
The best compliment I can pay Bradley and the staff at Smilecraft is that I make a 240 mile round trip every six months or whenever treatment is due. I have attended Smilecraft for over 13 years and have grown to rely on Bradley for preserving and servicing my teeth. His bedside manner and that of his dental nurses puts the patient at ease and whilst I wouldn't go so far as to say I look forward to visiting the dentist, knowing it is Smilecraft makes the whole experience rewarding and palatable. I highly therefore recommend Smilecraft.
Another satisfied 6 month smiles customer! Dr Bradley clearly takes his time to hire the right staff because they are, without exception, lovely people especially Dawn and Louise, who are the two I saw most often. I was always greeted warmly by reception, followed by as relaxed an atmosphere as is possible in a dentist's office! All members of the team put me at ease, even the dental hygienist an occupation that normally scares the bejeezus out of me. The 6 month smiles treatments were fully explained to me so I felt confident in the process and Dr Bradley kept me fully informed of progress. On my braces off appointment, Dr Bradley came in to do this on a day when he would normally be doing paperwork at home; appointments were thin on the ground so he made the extra effort for me as otherwise I'd have had to wait several weeks longer for removal - much appreciated! If you need dental work done I highly recommend the Smilecraft team. Thanks again all of you.
I had a old veneer replaced and could not have been happier with the service and care I received. I am over the moon with the end result. Bradley is an absolute perfectionist, the staff are amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this kind of treatment or any other dental work. Thank you so much for giving me my smile back!
