Had an emergency appointment made by 111 as I was in excruciating agony with my tooth was so easy to find. I traveled from Epping to Stevenage, soon as I got there the receptionist was so kind and friendly, the dentist and assistant was amazing so friendly and reassured me she would get me out of pain! And she did! root canal treatment was done and today I am pain free thank you so so so much I will be forever grateful to you all
Wow! Excellent service from the receptionist who was friendly and put us at ease during our Sunday emergency appointment. The dentist and her assistant were fantastic and friendly which really helped my daughter relax. Thank You
100% the most efficient and friendly service, staff are always smiling and kind, very quick to be seen, the best dentist I have been to hands down, and I've been to a fair few, cannot recommend them enough. And I'm writing this moments after 3 extractions, my face is hurting as the anaesthetic is wearing off and yet I'm happy.
I have never experienced so rude staff and reception in my life. And by reading reviews I am not the only person who had the same experience with them. I went with a child as her tooth is cracking. Instead of help a dentist claimed I am a very worried mother. They also cancel appointments without any explanation. You have to chase them for weeks for new appointments. And after visiting them you have really bad impression from all staff- never smiles and always irritated. As my child noticed and asked why they are always angry here.
The most amazing dental practice. I was absolutely terrified before coming here but the dentist and nurses are incredible and so reassuring. They took the time to make me feel at ease and explained everything in such detail. THANK YOU ALL
By far the BEST dentist team I have ever seen. The service I have received to date has been truly wonderful. Never have I seen a young dentist who has explained everything to me in so much detail, I had a chance to ask questions, which were explained in detail also! So impressed The reception staff and also very welcoming and professional, that makes such a great first impression. I saw a young lady to show me how to floss and brush my teeth with maximum benefit, she was extremely friendly and full of knowledge. My mouth after 7 days feels so much cleaner. I don’t usually write reviews, but I have been so impressed with this dentist surgery. I am soon to see the hygienist and hope the experience is exactly the same, I have no reason to doubt this. Please keep up the excellent and professional standards, I have experienced to date. Well done and a massive thank you. Paul Mackulin
Terrible female dentist called KP. Never had more trouble with my teeth after my appointments with her. Gives the dental practise a bad name.
very lovely staff, the dentist and dental nurse that worked on my tooth were so friendly, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. general nice feeling at the practice too. really good experience overall.
Called this morning to see if I could register as a patient and after being on hold for more than 5 minutes the receptionist interrupted me mid sentence to say they were not taking on new patients. When I pointed out the interruption, with no apology, she said it was because they were very busy and not taking on new patients till April. Not a great introduction to the practice.
As someone who's afraid of the dentist, the staff and facilities are just amazing. Non judgemental and unbelievably patient. Cannot thank them enough for all they've done for me and my family.
