Don't think I have ever seen the same dentist twice and have been coming here for years but always find them professional and efficient and always good with the children. The dental nurses are usually helpful and friendly too. Only negatives are that I very rarely get reminders on when appointments are due, even though have raised this previously, and when I asked Reception previously on what the minimum attendance was to stay on their register was told I had to attend every 6 months which I don't think is accurate.

I visit this fantastic dental practice every 6 months for my check ups and hygienist cleans. The service i receive is top notch. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone! I wouldn't go anywhere else!! The staff are very polite and always go the extra mile to ensure the patient is happy!

I've been going to this dentist for years, never had any problems. Appointments are always on time and everyone is professional and welcoming. Receptionist are lovely! Would recommend this practice to anyone.

I think my dentist is polite and understanding but i am disappointed with reception. After my last appointment i was advised to get work done at another dentist not knowing they were private way to expensive for me. I have left two messages on receptions answer phone to get more advice no call backs. Just wasting my time. I am now looking for alternative dentist for my work to be done

Joined only for invisalign service. Their voicemail says they're closed for lunch until 2pm when you call at 3pm or 4pm. I call again (Tuesday 4:30pm) I get diverted to their voicemail which says they are now closed. The voicemail says their opening hours are 9 - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday. Out of the 5 times I've rung the practice during their normal opening hours, I've only had someone pick up the phone once. When you do finally get through (once in my case) they sound like they'd rather be doing anything else besides dealing with you.
