Excellent practice. I have been a very happy patient here for over 14 years and they have always been supportive and very helpful with advice and care plans. The team are great, they cannot do enough to make my visit as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Cannot be faulted and would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone.
Absolutely amazing staff, from the receptionists to the dentists themselves. I usually only go for check ups but once went with unbearable pain and they were quick to act and sort out an infected cracked tooth. So grateful for this practice! Always great with my son too, who has been going since he was about 2 or 3.
Excellent local dentist surgery, very friendly and quality treatment. For most of my life I’ve had the same dentist, he was originally NHS in the 70’s but went private in the 80’s. When he retired in 2010 I stayed with the same practice for a few years but it was a trek for me after I moved house. A work colleague recommended his local practice NHS and it’s been excellent for the last few years. Highly recommend.
Thank you all at Exeter Close Dental practice, you are all so friendly and totally take away any fear I had visiting the dentist. First time having a crown fitted and I had nothing to worry about. So pleased with the results and thank you again for being so lovely and would not hesitate to recommend them, as someone has mentioned nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work guys. Xx
A professional, calm and friendly practice. We have been using this dentist for many years. The reception staff are always polite, very helpful including when the patient is in pain and needs help and great with children. The dentists explain what they are doing clearly. Dental work has been carried out very well. Very happy with the service. Thank you all.
Amazing . I've really not had great experiences with dentists. But this 1 definitely takes the worries away. I had to have a tooth removed and honestly never felt a thing. I genuinely got out the chair and wanted to hug them . So glad I found these guys . And Thank you
No consideration when you are 10 mins. late for an appointment, irrespective of the circumstances of being late. Plus, they will take your £20 deposit and ask you to rebook and make another deposit which for me is unbelievable.
Fantastic treatment! As someone with huge anxiety's over dental treatment I was referred to see Shina Popat, the Oral surgeon. From my initial consultation right through until after her work was completed she was brilliant. Supported by an excellent team she not only looked after me, but also my wife who was nervously waiting for me. Highly recommended
I contacted the Dental Surgery and was greeted by Linda who was extreamely helpful, polite and provided above and beyond useful and helpful information at a crucial time of need. Alot of the other Practices were blunt and not very helpful with the queries i had but here was right to the point, clear and concise.. Thank you Linda for your help!
Great dental practice!: had a clean today and my mouth feels significantly cleaner...all work needed to be done and processes explained clearly as usual..everyone was friendly and welcoming..glad I changed to this practice:
