Waited a month for an appointment to be phoned an hour before to be told oh sorry the nurse is ill so the dentist can’t work REALLY???? Then oh he can see you in one month useless rubbish so annoyed !!!!

As a new client, I found everyone, including the new Dentist,  extremely nice and efficient.

Despite adverts, this dental clinic is not interested in new clients, nor does the receptionist have any professional manners, more interested in hair twiddling and advising to come back in 4 months time - not any good for emergency help!  Thank goodness my previous dentist still had me on record, although I had to drive a little further it was worth it.

Had a great experience with Smile. I've been scared of the dentist for years, but the staff were all very kind and understanding and made me feel very comfortable.

I was late because I couldn't get parking as there is very little parking for the surgery. They said I should have let them know, which was rediculous as I was outside the surgery! Just could not park. They double checked if the dentist could see me and he said no because he was having his lunch! Needless to say I have promptly found another dentist!!
