We are a 3-surgery practice with 3 clinicians on hand to provide a variety of NHS, private and {my}options treatment plans including dentures, take home teeth whitening and root canal. Our practice is a 3 minute walk from Willow Park bus stop and a 9 minute walk from Parkstone train station, with limited public parking surrounding the practice. If you have any questions or would like to book in for a consultation the team would love to hear from you. Fitted in for an emergency appointment this morning after suffering some discomfort with one of my teeth. The dentist I normally have has left so was booked In with Sean. He was very thorough and explained what was causing the issue. He fixed my tooth and booked me into have a scale and polish in a few weeks time. Really pleased with my treatment and how professional and knowledgeable Sean is.
Don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to say that Dagmara and Adrian deliver absolutely top notch dental care at My Dentist. Very professional, considerate and caring. They saw me at very short notice and after treatment have left me pain free. I can highly recommend them.
Dagmara is a great dentist, I was very grateful that I had an appointment booked with her at such short notice to check if I needed a couple of fillings. I was expecting to have to come back another day after the initial consultation, but she gave me the fillings there and then even though it was going into her lunch break. The procedure itself was very pleasant and she was helpful in explaining everything to me, and the fillings themselves are fine. Overall would recommend this practice
I don’t normally leave reviews but on this occasion I feel compelled My Dentist, Commercial Road Poole but more specifically Mr Sean Dunne, what an amazing dentist, polite friendy, knowledgeable and the best experience I’ve ever had in dentistry. I had 3 broken teeth at the start of the pandemic, 2 resolved in a 20 minute appointment brilliantly and great advice for the 3rd. Well done Sean please stay forever
I have been going to this dentist for afew years now. I have had very good experiences with them. They can be busy, and have some waits, but the quality of their work is very high, i even had a root canal with no pain didn't need any injections for it either! Very highly reccomend using them.
Excellent treatment. I’m your nightmare patient who is very anxious. 2x fillings where done. Was brilliant job done being as I had next to no tooth to put filling in. Thank you reassure- time given. Best dentist I’ve been to ever. When local anaesthetic went in to numb gum I didn’t feel anything. Fantastic skills. .
I never leave reviews but this had to be shared. DO NOT waste your time. Awful customer service, they told me I needed a dental hygienist, so I went and then had it cancelled 4 times, so that took 4 months. No reason behind it. Then they cancelled a dental appointment, and then made an appointment as I needed a filling and cancelled that on the day, then was so rude on the phone saying, we have to cancel other patients who are in pain to see you!! REALLY....AVOID
They removed me from their books for not attending for my checkup since 2019 even though I had booked appointments that THEY cancelled due to Covid. They say they were only closed for 3 months, but they did not inform me they had reopened or that I would be removed or I would have rebooked. They can only offer me private treatment now. Seems grossly unfair.
What a shower! Made an appointment, turned up and waited for them to open the door only to be told the dentist has gone on holiday. Now they can manage to send you text after text and even call to remind you to book an appointment but can't be bothered to let you know they have postponed the appointment they made for you just over a week ago??? The staffs people skills are none existent and they have the attitude that as supply and demand is in there favour that can do what they want.
This is a very good dental practice. I have been a patient there for around 10 years. My dentist is Dagmara Lissick and she is friendly, highly skilled and just has a great manner about her. I've also visited the hygienist and she was thorough and professional. They're a friendly bunch! The only thing I don't need from them is 2 text reminders followed by a telephone call to let me know my appointment
