The receptionist was so busy she didn't even bother.... and when she has spoken to me, she said (not even looking at me) "we too busy - 6 weeks waiting time". I just walked out... JOKE!

Went for a tooth extraction. Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated. I have a phobia of dentists as it is and they just confirmed my phobia. The local anaesthetic didn't work which I told him about and he still pulled the tooth anyway. I was in agony. He said the reason why the anaesthetic didn't work was because I had a infection. So if he knew I had a infection why not give me antibiotics and wait to pull the tooth. I also rang to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency and was spoken very rudely by the receptionist. I will NOT be going back there again. The only reason this has two stars is because the dental nurse was excellent
