Very happy with my visit. One of my headlights needed changing after an alarm came on. Went there with no appointment and at 16.50, (they normally close at 17.00), and the car was taken away and the bulb changed straight away. Happy bunny!

I had my Vauxhall Mokka from Colwyn Bay but live on Anglesey, so when i had a problem i called in Llangefni, i found the man on reception dis interested no one else waiting yet he said i am dealing with a customer, 3 men sat there not a word i waited for 10mins nothing!! So i walked out. Disgusting service. Just glad i had my car from Colwyn Bay. You need to look at your customer service!! To be honest i wouldnt even give 1 star!!!!

I needed to bring an elderly relative from Llanfair PG over to Slaters with his 2005 Corsa to resolve a few problems. They were extremely helpful and even arranged a lift back to PG whilst they diagnosed what needed to be done. Excellent Service !!!
