Had a problem with our thetford toilet whilst away, tracy was brilliant in helping me source new pump and flush system ,also great range of parts off the shelf if you need to do some upgrades or repairs

This is very well-stocked shop, and Tracey was very knowledgeable and helpful.nnThere's a really good range of camping, campervan, and caravan supplies and accessories as well as more general outdoors equipment maps, binoculars, waterproofs, etc. and a whole section of walking boots and clothing that includes wetsuits and rock shoes.

I couldn’t get water through my caravan, realised I’d made a mistake with the set up, 1st timer, after googling I called in thinking I certainly needed a new water pump, the lady sold me some washers and said try these instead for a couple of quid. I honestly thought I was wasting my time but took the advice notice there was one washer missing to my surprise and the water pump worked!?!  How does she know these things?nAnd since never again would I underestimate the lady’s knowledge. Absolutely recommend

Disaster struck when my water pump decided to stop working, when one of my fellow caravan campers mentioned the excellent support of Bevan Caravan & Camping Supplies on Anglesey, I took a trip out and it was the best £66 Iv spent on the van, we have now got running water that is better than our house.nThank you for the lovely costumer support.nMarc A TurnernWarrington based Artist

Charming lady  assistant.  Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products in the shop.  I bought myself a new penknife whilst there and the lady explained the laws concerning carrying knives in public.  The knife i bought was well within the law anyway but her reassurance was reassuring anyway.  No.pun intended.  My friend was equally impressed.  Excellent service.
