Visited the store in Stirling to get a suit for my wedding in September. I'm not into clothes in a big way and so I was dreading the experience. Fortunately the salesman who I dealt with, Martin, was absolutely brilliant and spent ages getting me to try on different suits and even acquired a white shirt and picked out a great tie so I could see what the whole outfit would look like. With his help and advice I ended up buying the whole outfit, shoes, tie, belt and even the handkerchief!! I was very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Slaters for the excellent service i received.

Great place for gentlemen to go shopping. Assistants are attentive and never once have I felt forced or persuaded into buying something which wasn't appropriate or suited me. They also have an alteration and tailoring service. The only downside is the shop may be suit heavy in its stock, however they do have a good range of informal clothes.

I've quite astonished that in the days of high staff turnover elsewhere that Slaters in Stirling retains quality, knowledgeable, friendly and happy staff. The service I have received as a customer over the years is consistently high, and always hits the right notes, leaving me completely satisfied as a customer. This menswear store surpasses all others in service, continuity, choice and availability. From the minute you walk in the door, you'll be met with a sincere smile and a willingness to help. I've lost count of the times that I've left things to the last minute and I've arrived here looking for suit for a special occasion, a business suit or an interview or dinner suit and I've never been let down, even when alterations have been required. Karen in the shirt/ties section has a special eye for the finishing touches to make sure you go out looking a million dollars. Pete, Drew, Iain can all be heavily relied upon to deliver, and take the stress out of your 'man shopping' tribulations. 10/10. A delighted customer

Visited this store recently for the second time and I have to say on both occassions the staff and service I received were off the very highest quality. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and remembered me from first visit. Peter and all the staff should be proud of the way they conduct themselves and the impact they have on a positive customer experience. Thanks very much for all your hard work and assistance. I will definitely be back again
