The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was able to order a smaller size of a clearance item to be delivered to my home and paid for it all in one go with the stuff I got in-store. I was even emailed a receipt. They have a very good POS system and integration with online shopping! The products are all high quality and the designs are nice, while prices are reasonable and, when on clearance, downright unbeatable.
Absolutely fantastic service. I was looking for wetsuits for myself and my two wee ones. They checked their stock and popped it aside for me to collect. My youngest says that she is now "warm as a chicken" in her suit in our pool unheated! Normally she's out in just a couple of minutes; 30 mins and counting!
Tried Trespass etc for walking boots but here they had a wide choice. Got a good pair reduced fro £120 to £65. Well stocked.
Very impressed. Seen a new model rucksack that was perfect for my needs but it was not cheap and not in the sale. The manager was helpful and was in the process of showing me alternatives he could order in cheaper. Even he said I would hold off paying full price on the new one given older models were much cheaper. His Internet connection was playing up and I did a search on my own phone once my own 4g returned at the front of the shop. Searching for the same bag as I originally fancied I found it discounted online and the manager immediately offered to price match it. Was very impressed and I got the bag I wanted, he got a sale. Cheers.
Always good value and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is a bit small for everything it has in it but that's a minor issue.
