Fancy looking bar on the 13th floor that mainly serves drinks and does afternoon tea. Brunch menu is available on the weekend at specified times. I attended alone but the atmosphere was nice. I may be remembering incorrectly but I think there was a live DJ. Most of the people were well dressed including staff. The service I experienced was good. You can enjoy the lovely view from the balcony either sitting at a table or standing by the balustrade. Great place for a date. Menu is bit pricey - not your average bar but not extremely over the top either. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.
Worth coming here just for the views, they even have an outdoor area which is perfect for sunny days. Service is friendly, a beer costs around £7.50 a pint so it's more of a place for a special occasion.Service: 5/5
Consistently great and friendly service. We've had the bottomless brunch here about three times now and each time, the service has been speedy and friendly, the drinks and food have been delicious, and the atmosphere really lovely. We will happily keep returning - thank you!Food: 5/5
We had afternoon tea here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The afternoon tea was delicious and the cocktails were lovely. Really good service. Would visit again.Food: 5/5
Good unique venue the outside area was nice and had heaters, and a decent view of the scenery at night. Service was good. But prices are just a ripoff unfortunately but if you want one drink in that area it's okay, not great for a full night. Music was okay but considering there was a DJ it was like a playlist on repeat nothing special.
We didn't have food. We were a group of 4 and hadn't booked but we were given a warm welcome and shown straight to a seating area. It was busy with a few celebrations but this did not disturb our experience. We stayed for two rounds of cocktails which were delicious. The service was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and views were great. There had been a leak in the toilets and when I told a member of staff it was dealt with straight away. The food menu looked good so we are planning on returning.
Poor. Very noisy at 6pm on a Saturday mainly music. Gave the impression it was a low key cocktail bar on rooftop - which it isn't. Basically turns into a noisy club, with DJ. Nothing wrong with that, but not really what's advertised here. Drinks are your standard hotel bar prices - but quality of cocktails low. Made a reservation, but told to just "find a seat" so not really sure what the point was. It could be a nice place but there is a massive, massive disconnect between what's advertised/booking process and what you get.
My boyfriend and I came here with what turned out to be a very complicated voucher. However, the friendly and attentive staff resolved the issue quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We had the bottomless brunch and there were great veggie options on the menu, plus a decent range of cocktails which were all of excellent quality. The food was delicious and we both really enjoyed our evening.
