We absolutely loved our afternoon here! The ice rink is small but it was super fun for the kids. The views of London from the rooftop are fantastic! Everything was topped with the heated igloo experience accompanied with winter warmers. Overall a very enjoyable couple of hours, highly recommended!
The best service! They gave us free hot chocolate at the end of the night! Beautiful views of the city. Igloos and heaters everywhere and a small ice rink. A little difficult to find but we had a great time.
Headed to Skylight Tobacco Dock for a an afternoon of ice skating. The rink is fairly small but we were able to overlook this as the views were incredible! We had a session booked for 45 mins which was enough considering the rinks size. The skating staff were friendly and helpful! Food was okay and it take a while for us to be served and for food to be prepared but it was included as part of our skating package so again we didn't mind. I would suggest a visit in summer as I can imagine this would turn into quite a fun rooftop summer bar.
Really nice atmosphere and really good loaded fries randomly lol. One thing that's annoying is that we booked a table for £10 and when we got there it was never crowded so we never really needed to book or pay £10 and we wish we knew that or the £10 would be put towards a tab that would be better. I liked the selection of beers here though, will go again.
Propper well organised event. Everything has been thought of. So many breweries beers and more. The food choices were good, but some run out quite early in the evening. Love all the different themed rooms/coves. Live music was entertaining, just a little hard to hear vocals. Will definitely be returning next year.
Disappointed by the overall experience. It took us over 30 minutes to get in, which I understand may be due to enhanced covid guidelines, but then have more than one person manning the front desk. When you're paying £90 for an allocated time slot you don't want to be waiting in a queue. The food especially the schnitzel was very underwhelming. The food and cocktails are very average for the price paid on top of the rental of the igloo space. The service, although friendly, was very slow. We waited over 20 minutes for one round of drinks. Maybe I'm being too harsh given the current climate but we expected more for our money.
Fabulous venue with a view! Very nice to drink a drink, skyline is heavens if you're not from London, check it out. Fun set of games for all the family to get involved with... Try your luck at the birthday cake toss, it's super fun but must be done in the street
I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve been to Skylight Tobacco Dock. We recently organised a work social event of around 20 people at Skylight and the hosts were really accommodating, especially Sosa who went out of his way to make sure everything was running smoothly The igloos kept us warm in zero degree weather & they were a complimentary upgrade from the manager on shift!! Would recommend for great views of London
Went to the Tobacco Dock venue for the London Craft Beer Festival! Great layout for a very popular event, humongous selection of food and drinks Really fun and enjoyable evening Coming back later in the year for the Christmas version of this event!
Ok/nice place. That’s about it. Very aggressive staff who overextend their authority and when politely called out on the aggression they literally double down: “I am aggressive” Lifts didn’t work either, and fire emergency exits were blocked, too, but not particularly what I care about
