Arrogant and deceitful. I used online booking to book from Birmingham to Bournemouth drop-off, which the website allowed - I finalised and paid - then received conformation for Birmingham pickup and Birmingham drop-off - apparently the website changed the booking because the drop-off was closed at the time - WHY THEN DID IT ACCEPT THE BOOKING AND THE PAYMENT? SHARP PRACTICE AND THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Site states that you can hire a van at 21 years old with a licence held for more than 1 year. THIS IS  FALSE. I received a call from GERMANY stating that I had to be 23, even though the site clearly stated 21.

Booking is now cancelled and my time wasted... Will not recommend.
