Terrible....avoid, staff simply don’t answer the phones. Despite booking confirmations, I have had two experiences of a vehicle not actually being available or a totally unsuitable subsitute organised with no contact from the firm ahead of pick up to check if the substitute would be OK or to offer alternatives.
Call center Customer Service escalations team are disinterested and do nothing other than refer you back to the local branch.....who don’t answer their phones. As this is my 3rd bad experience, I will no longer use Budget / Avis, there are far more professional and customer service focused providers readily available.

Hired a van from here which proved cheaper than other places. Professional and friendly service with minimum fuss, overall I was very happy with my rental.
