Needed to take van back as it needed 'adblue' would have been a disaster had we driven on wasted an hour. Tank was on empty. Clear that vehicles are not checked. Offered a 20% discount on next hire written the back of a card. Have to leave vans in the street outside people's houses whilst still responsible for any damage. Won't use them again.
