Great pub with plenty of history. Used to love coming in here but these virus regulations are sucking the atmosphere out of pubs. Large outside drinking area. Decent beers well kept. Lovely staff.
Great old pub to call in for a pint. Recently survived a redevelopment project which would have seen the pub wiped from the map. Definitely worth a visit friendly staff relaxed atmosphere.
Quiet on the night I went, but a very good selection of draught beers, ales and even draught cocktails...! Friendly staff and for a city centre pub, a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Good, quiet backstreet pub, friendly staff. Has a lot of history as it was used as a mortuary for the victims of the Peterloo massacre....has a very eerie atmosphere and at least one residual ghost haunting the place! Well kept ale.
Best pub in Manchester by far. Always a great atmosphere when there's a match on.
A classic historic pub
Nice snug little pub hidden away down a side street so you can escape the hustle and bustle of the surrounding bars. Nice and clean inside. Sky sports on several tv screens dotted around. Nice and friendly staff. Prices are what you would expect for a city centre pub.
Good authentic boozer for good times.
Good beer, football match was on, one star dropped because the commentary was off they had Music playing instead
