Don't like this hospital as much as Morriston due to the strange, sprawling shape of the buildings. Find it really difficult to find any wards without getting lost at least once.

I think it's just that I spent most times I've had to go to hospital in Morriston, so always find Singleton a bit weird.

I will say that the staff in the physiotherapy department were awesome. Friendly and professional, I really felt a lot of confidence in them.

Eye clinic is chaotic, usually rammed and have had issues with appointments. Long wait to see a consultant and just a bit of a cattle market in general. Staff do a great job considering the pressure they must be under.

Just goes to prove the shambles that is the NHS. My daughter is sitting in a ward waiting to be told the results of a lumbar puncture test for bacterial meningitis, she’s been told there is ONE doctor on duty to cover all of the wards and the urgent care department, when he gets time he will come and look at her results and she will be told!!!!! Let’s hope she has time then?! Disgraceful.
