Hip replacement operation in February 2018. Everything went well although we had to ask for a bigger room on arrival. All medical and domestic care was first class. Plenty of information before and after. Saw consultant and anaesthetist after the op. Consultant also there to agree discharge 3 days later. Excellent physio support and advice. Whilst I would have preferred free NHS treatment I was not prepared to wait at least 2 years. The private option is not cheap but I got what I paid for.

What an amazing place to have surgery done all staff are very friendly and helpfull i would recomend this hospital to anyone 4 weeks ago i had a hernia repair the staff do so much for you and are so lovely i was a bit nervous going for my operation and a nurse called kate was looking after me she reassured me and made me feel a lot less nervous the surgeon i had was amazing and done a fantastic job with my operation i cant thank you all enough

Very nice service, except for the doctor MR Bilal AL-Sarireh, very nasty, arrogant person ,after my operation didn't even explain to me what was done and what I should do after I leave the hospital, just asked me if all ok and disappeared. Not happy with the way he treated me .In private hospital you will expect the top service ,I don't feel like this

After having numerous tests regarding potential RSI problems, I went to see a Rheumatologist. I was their last booking for the day, and they spent less than 10 mins with me, telling me to get more of the same tests I'd already had and to wait for a letter which I never received. They then ushered me out, following behind, asking my to pay at the desk and beat me to his car, leaving before me. And for their trouble? £200. 😤
