5 stars, the care and compassion shown by the staff at Heathfield Lodge whilst looking after my sister Diane was faultless. The staff were always so positive and always there at the end of the phone. I spent 15 years as a Care Assistant both in UK and Australia and I can honestly say Heathfield Lodge is 1 of the best I've come across and that is down to their friendly, cant do enough for you staff. I can never thankyou enough for all you did for Diane, I know it's a hard job and often thankless, but keep up the good work, it's much appreciated
