Excellent location when you do shopping on Oxford street, very good and diligent treatment by Nidhi, very good prices. Next to Tottenham Court Road Tube station.  I came with a Groupon voucher, but for Londoners and recurring clients they have 3+1 and monthly offers. If I lived here, this would be my go to place/s for pedicure Singhar is a chain of beauty saloons.  Now to my in-depth review.  First of all, I was shocked about some reviews I read here by Asian and black people about their fellow people. It is pretty obvious staff is underpaid- so give tips generously, if you can.  While it is true that some improvements could be made in regards to the interior and some aspects of treatment, I have never had a more lovely, custom treatment deluxe mani-pedi. It lasted almost 2 hours, and included a chair massage I direly needed.  My feet in particular needed intense attention, lots of rough skin removal and I have tiny nails which are hard to paint properly. Nidhi did this all exceptionally well.  All one-off items used on me were disposed of, steel tools cleaned, and their creams and peelings smell lovely and are very natural.  She used my own organic nail lacquer by Benecos I had an Organic Glam in sparkly red and a Benecos in a rouge noir tone with me, which is harder to apply because it is not so chemical-based.  You have to apply 2 to 3 layers instead of one for it to look great  The process as such was hygenic, with a few items hand baths, hand rests on the pedicure chair that could be cleaned more diligently and regularly on the other hand, I was their last client of the day.  They should also find a way to have customers rinse off hand masks outside, not in their restroom.  Other than that, it was perfect.  Results see pics. If I move back to London, or come any time for Xmas or birthday shopping, I will remember them positively.

SPREAD DISEASE    DO NOT GO SPREAD VIRAL DISEASE    I now need medical advice. It appears that days later I’ve contracted a skin disease which is highly contagious.I was concerned that the stick used during waxing, had been used on another client, but I didn’t question it because I had arrived a little late. I felt bad for the woman waxing, because she’s probably earning less than legal wages and although I was not given any kind of mirror - I assumed it was fine. I offered a tip due to the condition is the practitioner was working under.  To add insult to injury, I had purchased a deal for a manicure pedicure and when I had asked the manager on my way out about this, she said that as I was no longer in new client, I couldn’t use it. I’ve never had any kind of reaction to any waxing I’ve ever done, this was the first time in four years and within days my skin blistered. I’m going to have treatment but it looks serious.  And potentially life-ruining. Once I get confirmation, I will be filing a serious complaintService:&nbsp;Waxing

I should have listened to the reviewers, this was by far the worse manicure and pedicure I’ve had. The pedicure was rough, I came home with cuts on my feet and the woman was very rough handed. Not gentle or relaxing at all. I would not recommend anything here.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Very racist and unprofessional group. Being south asian, they treated my mother as one of the staff, never offered to take her coat, never asked if she was ok, no customer services, absolutely horrendous. Whereas, when tourists came in  white european they suddenly had manners, offered them tea/ took their coats and talked them through their treatment. It was amazing to see how racists and different they treated each of their customers. Please do not support businesses like this, when we are trying to support each other no matter colour/religion or race. It was sickening to witness. I received a Deluxe pedicure from Irinna and I can say her competency is high. I left the SPA more than satisfied so I'm happy to rate her service with 5  Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

DO NOT BOOK - Purchased Pressotheraphy Lymphatic massage via Wowcher. The lady didn’t even explain the service to me. She put me in the equipment and then left and went to do another service with another client. The equipment was extremely hot. She never came to check on me until about 20 mins later I even tried to call for help and no one came. She never even apologised.

Extremely poor customer service and the staff working here are not phased if you liked the treatment or service that they provided. They do not care for your comfort. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Shabby interior.  However my wax did end up looking nice and  results lasting long. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1.

I had a very good experience here! I went to have my nails done for my birthday and the staff was very friendly and Irina was very kind and professional! I really recommend the service, I will be back Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I came here 30 minutes before their close time six months ago - making the journey just for them - and they refused to do a threading service which would take 5 minutes as they wanted to leave early and were rude about telling me this. I have previously called to make appointments for threading, but been told that appointments aren’t necessary for such a short appointment. I’ve been going to Singhar for over five years, but that was the last time I’ll ever go - I’ll be short three prepaid sessions, but the service was that rude that it’s worth the loss.

Reluctantly used groupon voucher for the first time IRINA did great job with my pedicure I was pleased with the service I was given as groupon voucher user .Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
