Very nice staff and really clean salon. I’d usually find appointments even on the same day for routine stuff.

I feel bad to leave a low rating however I have to. The ladies here very nice. I had my eye brows done and my back wax. The eyebrows were fine but the back wax was unfortunately a disaster. They were really busy when I went so I think they took in more customers than they can cater to in a small space. I have had my back waxed in other places so this was the first time I did it here. It’s the only time I immediately had many rashes on my back - and while I usually get some reactions it always fades away within a few hours. I believe it may be due to the type of wax used and not much application of soothing material afterwards. These rashes stayed with me for almost a week and I had to buy rash cream to relieve it. Moreover the marks from those rashes are still there 3 weeks down the line so I am very disappointed overall with my experience. As much as they might say people have different reactions, I don’t believe the reaction that I had this time was due to me, it was due to the way they waxed and type of wax because I’ve had my back waxed in various places and never had this problem. Sorry

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so kind and personable and you can tell they really take pride in their work. It is so refreshing to see and especially wonderful that I can get my eyebrows threaded to perfection and nails done all in one place! Highly recommend!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Great for threading. I've come here multiple times for eyebrow threading and have often walked in without an appointment and been seen almost immediately. The service is always very efficient, professional and friendly and I'm always happy with the result. Would highly recommend.

I walked in to get my face threaded without an appointment and was helped immediately. The woman who did my service was super sweet and efficient. I thought I might need a full face, but she gave me advice and told me I didn’t need my cheeks done as I barely had hair. I’ve been to salons where they will happily take your money for something you don’t need and I truly appreciated her honest opinion. Prices were great and the girls were wonderful! I live abroad so I can’t frequent BeLush, but if I lived in London I’d make the trip here!

I really like them as people but only 1 person of the 3 girls can shape brows properly. If you already have a defined shape and need a tidy up.. then go for it . If your eyebrows need shaping then I'd advise you do not go. My shape has been messed up several times here and the lady who did it was not remorseful in the slightest. Just had my brows done there and I'm on the verge of tears and this is not the first time. They also don't clearly advertise price increases.
