Had such an awful experience dealing with this company! Got my order delivered over a week after the order was placed due to the poor internal logistics of their inventory. You place an order and have to wait for the inventory to go from one of their store locations to another before they are able to ship it out. Anyone would think this is not a UK seller as it should not take this long for an order to reach the customer. Did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused by their poor logistics. Will not deal with this company again and do not recommend either, unless you are happy to wait over a week to receive your order.
Staff are very helpful and they reply email very efficiently. I am in Canada and was going to purchase something from House of Fraser. Unfortunately I get no response from them and online review was terrible. Then I found Sinclairsonline and they responded to my product inquiry very quickly and they kept me informed about my order status. It was a pleasure buying from them and I strongly recommend them for people in the non-major cities where we don't have a lot of access to Paul Smith products.
We went to the shop as it was closing due to relocation. There were some great bargains to be had. We got 2 Kipling bags for £30 each. The staff are great - very helpful and professional. We are looking forward to visiting the shop again in its new location.

Nice store. But pricey but as they say Quality costs. But it lasts much longer than having to replace items every so often

It's moving, so lots of bargains to be had. Worth a nose for good deal.
