We have pretty uncompromising ideas about fashion and arts which has led to a strong and recognizable identity. This is visible throughout our shops, designs and online. We only stock what we believe in. If we don't believe in it we don't buy it.

CollardManson bags have been stocked in the finest boutiques and the most beautiful department stores across pretty much every European City and across the world. From Moscow to Kuwait, from Berlin to Adelaide from Oslo to Coleraine. The bags are made in a family owned and run factory in east London using only the finest leathers. Designed in Yorkshire made in London.

This store, usually ranking in my top 3 in Sheffield, has been a frequent shopping destination for my family and me due to its appealing furnishings, clothing, and accessories. However, my positive perception took a sharp turn today. While trying on earrings, a male clerk approached me abruptly, insisting that if I tried them on, I must purchase them. Despite no prior indication in the store about such a policy, I reluctantly bought the earrings. This encounter significantly tarnished my overall consumer experience, revealing an unexpected and unpleasant attitude from the staff.
I have emailed & tried on Instagram to get in touch with this company however had no response. It’s been nearly 3 weeks. I purchased online a lovely mirror however the gold paint is peeling off now. Only two months of having the item. I was just enquiring to have a replacement part but no response to email or message via Instagram. Awful customer service.
This is the most beautiful shop in Sheffield. I smile every time I go in. They have a lovely atmosphere I particularly enjoy the excellent choice of ambient techno music.

I have a very bad service today from this shop. I regularly go to this shop with my wife for some small earrings and small items. It was always friendly staff and provide good help. But this time, we have been treated like I owes this person 10k pounds. I don’t know why but it’s the last time I went to this shop and never suggested anyone suffer this thing!
An oasis of beautiful objects. Chloe, Tim and the other staff member who's name I didn't catch are a delight to interact with. They can't do enough to help you and the items on sale are unique and of exceptional quality. Currently obsessed with their candles. See you again soon
