Very poor customer service. My son made a purchase in store for his birthday. A cream North Face sweatjumper with black logo on the arm. After following the washing advice for this garment the black from the logo has run into the fabric. I have tried calling the store 3 times to explain- given that I had washed the item and the fact we don't live close to the city centre to return it promptly. With no response by phone my son went to the store to be turned away as there was no management in store to speak with that particular day. On his return the manager has dismissed the complaint telling son his account can not possibly be true and tried to tell him there is an iron mark on the jumper!!! Given that the jumper is clearly un-ironed after its failure to wash as the care instructions advised I am very confused how this conclusion can be made. So be wary future customers of spending your hard earned money in this store as the customer experience is not reflected in the high price tags associated with these products.

Amazing selection of clothes, as well as an up and coming Japanese brand NO which has fabulous quality and is something new to fashion. Customer service second to none. Amazing.
