I love it! Very good price-quality ratio and you can find pretty much anything: clothing, home stuff, beauty products...The prices are really the most attractive part: when I go there I usually buy other things than the ones I was coming here in the first place. There is a lot of choice as well!

This shop has self-service checkouts! I find these convenient however you need to keep your receipt to get over the barrier. There is a bar code on the receipt that can be scanned on a stand next to the barrier. The only improvement I could think of is to have a green alternative to leave via the "receipt scanning" system. This might help with reducing the use of paper resources.

Holly the manager is a liar I work in retail myself! purchased some clothes last night literally a couple minutes before store closing literally could have took 2 minutes to find my receipt, so I came in today to try and get a refund and was told nothing could be done without receipt.not happy at all- no good help came from her, now stuck with £35 worth of clothes that will never be worn
The staff are great but the stock and the variety of sizes are low. Your fine if you need a XS or S in anything. Other than that it's pot luck that maybe one of another size has been put on the shelf and nice the day before .... perseverance is needed and also give the staff a break ..they are doing their best .
Great place to shop for clothes and shoes. The quality aren't exactly to notch, but they definitely are not as bad as many people make them out to be. I got a couple of winter jackets and joggers and been using them for a while now. Oh, and the padded crocs are excellent I don't like the branded ones
Great place to shop some times busy not often nice cheap clothes and warm clothes they do well in the winter with there warm clothes nice and cheap up to newborn all the way to any age staff are friendly then don't mind if you ask them something
New premises in the heart of Sheffield City centre. Friendly staff....children's clothing are good prices and good quality. I like the new self service tills...don't forget to scan your receipt to get out!
I am new to UK and had to buy loads of apparels , foot wear and home products. Primary is the best place to buy almost everything. My daughter has 2xs size and she loves the store due to variety and she gets all kind of dresses in her size easily.
