Switched to Simon Bailes Peugeot and some very poor service from my nearest Citroën dealership. SBP may be a Peugeot garage but they are an authorised Citroën Service Centre. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and understanding (I am disabled). The service team have always listened to me when trying to describe any concerns and been willing to work with me when any problems have occurred. Perhaps it's because the company as a whole isn't part of a massive, faceless group, but there is a definite impression that the customer is at the centre rather than how much money can be squeezed.

Haben beim Cabrio 206 CC den Grund für die Blockade des Dachs nach einer Note Schließung nicht gefunden und Motor für verbrannt erklärt. Schaden angeblich 1400 €. Trotz aller Beteuerungen, dass dies logisch eigentlich gar nicht möglich sein könnte blieb man bei der katastrophalen Diagnose. In Deutschland wurde in wenigen Minuten dann der Fehler gefunden - lag in der nicht ordnungsgemässen Verriegelung des Dachs nach der Notschließung. Typischer Fehler, ich hatte einen Sicherungszapfen nicht richtig verriegelt :-( habe den Jungs in Köln 30 € gegeben und war sehr glücklich :-)
