Not overly impressed with my experience, they wouldn't actually check my tyre without an appointment. He constantly informed me that he was too busy. I made an appointment however I need to cancel it due to a hospital appointment, I have called Four times now and the phone has rang out. Will try the mobile unit as it is over a 30 mile round trip to travel to the nearest store.
Excellent customer service - booked in for safety check but needed 2 new tyres. They were ordered and fitted the same day, many thanks!
Brilliant service today, got a bad puncture which meant replacing the tyre. They went out of their way to fit me in as I would have been left stranded otherwise. Can't fault the service at all, thank you very much!
We're very unhelpful. Stranded on a Saturday afternoon but couldn't help us until the following Monday afternoon. Went to Quikfit Darlington for totally tye oposite willingness to help!
It was easy to book in online, everyone was very nice and when I collected the car they went through anything I needed to know. I will be going back
I always get my car MoT'd at Kwik fit. They are thorough & fair. I wouldn't want them to pass it, if it wasn't safe. Car passed, with a couple of advice points. Plus I was given advice where I could get my car repaired. Excellent.
Fab service got an appointment within 3 days, quick and efficient, should really mark it down for no coffee/tea machines, even if u charge £1 better than 3,75 in nearest cafe, but that's just me been picky, garage does good job
Best service and efficiency I've had in years. Great, happy staff, and more than happy to help. Best garage around the area by a long shot. Response to the owner: Please don't thank me, thank the staff. The Manager, really does care and the staff work exceptionally hard for him. They are the ones that deserve the credit. Because of them, I will not entrust mine and my wife's cars to anyone else.
Excellent customer service from all. Went in on a Sunday lunchtime as my brakes were concerning me. An inspection was carried out within half an hour. Norbert was exceptionally helpful, explaining everything to me clearly seized pistons and useless brake pads. Booked in for next day when parts would be available. Dropped off with Doug, another very pleasant staff member, at 8.30a.m. the next morning. Phone call received a few hours later. All sorted. Mark, my mechanic, was, as always, just superb; friendly, efficient and so helpful. The whole situation was resolved within 24 hours. The Northallerton team is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommended. Thank you!
Booked my car in for two new front tyres, which was completed in 24 hrs in blistering July weather. Big shout out to the guys there, who were friendly, helpful and delivered!!! Many thanks
