My family's bought many cars here over the years The staff are always very helpful and polite certainly no pressure. However the service department could do with more courtesy vehicles (I believe they have six) this would assist busy car users like myself who need a loan vehicle at short notice while my Audi is being serviced.This is no reflection on Julie the Service Manager who does her best to accommodate ,but something I think the company should consider Sales 5/5 Service 4/5
