BUYER BEWARE - Innacurate Descriptions and Broken Promises.

Car was advertised a "Full Service History" but the service book was "missing" at the time of the sale.  The dealer said he would "definitely find it and send it on".  Foolishly I took him at his word and paid the inflated price based on the car having a FSH.

Promises to send the service book turned out to be empty.  The original service book turn out to be lost so the dealer promised to send on a replacement book with the most recent service stamped up.

It's 2 months on now and not only has the dealer failed to send ANY service book but he is ignoring my texts.  Considering the price of the car, it wouldn't have hurt the dealer's bottom line to just send the service book.

Dealers like this just reinforce the old stereotype.  I would never buy from here again.
