If I could give this garage negative stars, I would! They sold a car with a dodgy turbo to my daughter and then tried to bodge it when she took it back after breaking down in the middle lane of the M40!! The car blew up on her a couple of days after getting it back from their so-called repair and she had to get it recovered to them again. She told them she didn't want the car back as it wasn't fit for purpose and she had already given them a chance to repair it. We then had a long struggle with them to get our deposit back (almost £1000) plus they already had sold the car she had part-exchanged!! The salesman told her she had a warranty when she brought the car but after she started to experience problems they denied giving her a warranty. When we spoke to the owner he was rude, aggressive and up for a fight but soon changed his tune when my husband took the phone off our daughter!!! He's an arrogant, bullying rip-off merchant who couldn't care less what happens after he's got your money..... We finally got our money back from the finance company who were absolutely appalled at the way this garage had behaved. IF I WAS YOU, GO ELSEWHERE - DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!

Having recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Mike Neal's I couldn't have asked for a better service; no pushy salesmen just attentive informative advice. I was looked after by Paul from start to finish and when I picked up my vehicle it was immaculately clean. I would certainly use them again. Moira Foster

Very good service. There was an unavoidable delay with delivery but the staff were willing to work around me. Very pleased.

Terrible. The warranty terms were not explained to me either verbally or in writing and when the car broke down and could not be moved I had it repaired by a local garage. Mike Neal refused to honour the warranty. I have since had to spend over £3000 on the car which has put the value of it way over any trade in price. Would not recommend this garage under any circumstances.

Possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I took a trip here as they had a couple of cars I was interested in. I arrived and went in to an office and was greeted by Phil. He straight away told me he had customers on their way and couldn't spend much time with me, so I thought fair enough. I already had finance in place which I had told him and asked him for a value on my car, he looked round it and then said he couldn't give a value as Mike wasn't there he also said Mike had his fingers in many pies and was hard to get hold of (great). So I asked if I could drive the car I liked and he made a host of excuses saying I had to buy it 1st (how can I decide to buy if I haven't driven it). He just really wasn't interested and from a customer service aspect it was a terrible experience, I am sure if you turned up with £10,000 in your pocket to buy a car you would be treated like royalty, this company is full of self importance and I won't be returning.
