Not often am I compelled to posting a review for receiving outstanding customer service, yet in this case your delivery driver Ritchie exceeded expectations. To summarise, as I’m a busy working woman I often put down my Mums address for any deliveries of mine. Same applied on this occasion and when the big package turned up, my Mum was concerned as to how then this would be transferred over to mine. Without any hesitation or prompting, simply using his awareness of the situation, Ritchie put my Mums fears at ease straight away and immediately offered to transfer the package himself. What he did was greatly appreciated and his kindness that day really put a smile on our faces. Thank you Ritchie, your a star.

Fantastic... customer services starts with listening and ends with a solution all can accept , and they have this nailed 😀 Today Martin was not able to deliver my much needed bed due to a mix up in my building, I suspect my fault , but when I contacted him and explained the mix up he understood and made arrangements that put him out of his way on a sat afternoon to deliver it once I gained him access . Many would just say tough luck but this fella went the extra mile ... based on this I can only recommend using this firm . Thanks again for your help!!!

no longer there..... Silverprint was one of the great photographic companies back in 1980/90, then with the pointless expansion to the larger premises, all the knowledgable staff all fled and now its just another remote online store run by accounts, and nothing to do with the original owner or its wonderful past. Its truly sad.
