Enormously impressed with the customer service. I bought a PC and initially there were a couple of issues, but the Customer Service team were fantastic. I now have a demon of a PC, which is both speedy and stable. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Chillblast continues to impress me and reinforce brand loyalty. My current desktop PC was purchased late in 2011. Today was the second time I have used Chillblast support (related to Windows upgrade issues!) and the service and support are superb (thank you Ryan!). While my PC 'does the job' I do not want to replace it, but when I do, it will be another Chillblast!

Products and Customer Service great however, only 4 stars as when my laptop went in for repair and needed a new fan it was a week before they looked at it to find out the problem. Then took 2 more weeks to repair which was a bit annoying but then they are often busy so I don't want to be to critical.

I am sorry but I would never use this company again for a PC. PSU blew up after a few days and was replaced probably wrong type fitted, graphics card and bios have never recognised monitor properly when it works fine with other PCs, shuts down periodically for no reason and now is useless to me as it circles round in a boot up/bios loop that means it will not boot up at all and is utterly unresponsive. All this in the space of a year and a half, so no warranty.  Machine is fine when it works, but have had numerous PCs over the years and this is by far and away the worst. Cheaply made, and not tested properly in my opinion. Will never use or recommend Chill last to anyone.

To add further. Machine sent back a third time since purchase, this time with a complete failure. Was received today with a different graphics card installed and hey presto it didn't work. Despite it apparently passing an overnight run test!! Honestly, I am lost for words.

They help any problems with an upgrade and a fast response. But mine took over 2 weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait.
